Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your reservation with us up to 2 hours before the scheduled game start without providing any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to cancel the reservation via a clear statement (e.g., email), including your name and address. You may use the sample withdrawal form provided at the end of this section or request it by email, though using it is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you cancel your reservation, we will promptly refund all payments received from you, no later than 14 days from the day we receive your cancellation notice. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless explicitly agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged for the refund.
