Important: On some Apple devices (iPhone 7 Plus, iPhone 11 Pro, iPhone 15 Pro), a small technical issue may occur in rare cases when using the mobile website. This can cause menu items, yellow buttons, and text fields — which you’ll encounter frequently during the mission — to be unclickable.
If this happens, simply tap slightly higher (directly above the button or text field). This usually resolves the issue. Alternatively, you can switch to a different smartphone at any time.
Open the mobile website listed in your case file on your smartphone and enter your password. After a short introduction, your mission will begin.
This issue can be resolved in several ways. Depending on the smartphone you’re using, GPS settings may behave differently.
Reload the page, re-enter your password, and try again.
Sometimes it’s not enough to enable general location services. Check your smartphone’s settings for the browser you’re using and make sure location access is explicitly enabled for that browser.
If everything is set correctly, a prompt should appear when opening the page asking for permission to access your location. If you accidentally tapped “Block”, you’ll need to delete your browser’s cookies and website data so the permission request can appear again.
In this case, you’re most likely using an iPhone. For the compass to work properly, you may need to enable additional settings beyond location access. Instructions on how to do this can be found in the case file you received.
Especially in the city center, GPS data from your smartphone can sometimes be temporarily inaccurate. If the problem persists, the best solution is to switch to another smartphone. You can continue the game exactly where you left off on the previous device. Reloading the page may also help.
This issue is extremely rare and unfortunately cannot be fixed on our end. It is an Android-related bug.
The only solution: switch to another device. You can continue the game exactly where you stopped using the previous smartphone.
